Julie is a U-Jam Fitness Elite Trainer and a certified group exercise instructor. She holds a current ACE, AFAA, CPR and First Aid certification. She is also a certified Les Mills Grit instructor.

Julie fell in love with fitness at a young age when her mom put her in gymnastics. In 2004 she began teaching step aerobics and strength training classes. As a former gymnast and gymnastics coach she began using what she learned to create her own strength and cross training workouts.

In 2010 she fell in love with group exercise all over again when she stepped into a U-Jam Fitness class. She is honored to spread the U-Jam love to her students. Julie's goal is to make her students feel strong physically and mentally. She believes taking classes is a great way to relieve stress, meet friends and stay inspired to live a healthy lifestyle.
